Madeline Marchetto

Business Development Manager

Madeline has been with MedicalWorx since 2019. She attended the University of Missouri and the University of Mississippi, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Psychology degree. She was raised in St. Louis, Missouri until moving to Dallas, TX in 2019. She enjoys building relationships with each of her clients and candidates on both a personal and professional level.

Outside of work, Madeline enjoys being outdoors, especially with her two dogs, Cooper and Tucker! She also loves trying new restaurants, drinking fine wines, watching and playing sports, and traveling.

Kiley Hill

Senior Recruiter

Kiley has been with MedicalWorx since 2024 as a Recruiter. She was born and raised in the Dallas area. She attended Texas Tech University receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Minor in Nutrition, graduating in May of 2022. After graduation, she moved back to the Dallas area to start her recruiting career. Kiley enjoys building relationships with candidates to help them find the right fit for their next opportunity and meeting client’s expectations in a timely manner.

When Kiley’s not at work you can find her enjoying a Pilates class, attending brunch, or spending quality time with family, friends and her dog, Cornelius.

Fernando Batista

Recruiter

Fernando has been with MedicalWorx since 2024 as a Recruiter. He was born in Austin and raised in the Dallas area. He attended Texas Tech University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communications. After college, he returned to the Dallas area to begin his career in recruiting.

Fernando is passionate about connecting with candidates, understanding their goals, and helping them find the right fit for their next career move. He takes pride in meeting client needs with professionalism and care.

When Fernando’s not at work, he enjoys spending time outdoors — whether it’s hunting, fishing, or camping. He also enjoys quality time with family and friends.
